You are letting us into your house, so you should know who we are before you call.

Keith Marsden started the firm from the spare room in 1989 with one van and a pager. His son Dan served his apprenticeship here, spent six years on commercial contracts in the city, and came back to take the firm over when Keith wound down.
Today it is Dan on the tools, Callum the apprentice (three years in, nearly there), and Keith still doing the books and answering the phone like it is 1989.
We stay small on purpose. Two people you will recognise, one standard of work, and a customer list that mostly arrives by recommendation.
Get a quoteThree documents matter when you let a heating firm into your house. Here are ours, numbers included, so you can check them before we set foot in it.
Our engineer number. Look it up on the Gas Safe register at gassaferegister.co.uk before you book, it takes a minute.
Cover on every job we take, renewed each January without fail.
The qualification behind the work, held by Dan and Keith both. Callum sits his next year.
The originals live in a folder in the van. Ask for any of them and Dan will hand it over before he unpacks a tool.

Call and talk the job through, or send photos through the quote form and we will price it from those.
