The Ashwell Green re-pipe
A 1930s semi with the original steel pipework finally giving up: brown water, banging pipes, a pinhole leak under the hall floor. We re-piped the whole ground floor in copper, room by room, so the family could stay living in the house while we worked.
Floorboards lifted and re-laid, carpets back down, every joint pressure-tested before we closed anything up.
